P.P.H.U. “ZADROGA” W.ZADROGA, G.ZADROGA SPÓŁKA JAWNA

Request for proposal without applying the provisions of the act – Public Procurement Law in connection with the realization of the project titled “The purchase of specialized equipment and research results with an objective to improve the competitiveness of the company “ZADROGA” and entering new markets” co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund within the framework of the Regional Operational Programme for Masovian Voivodeship.
1. Customer: P.P.H.U. “ZADROGA” W.ZADROGA, G.ZADROGA SPÓŁKA JAWNA invites the interested parties to submit offers for:
2. Subject of the contract: the purchase of a heavy rescue tug (a detailed description of the subject of the contract constitutes an attachment to hereby request for proposal – Customer accepts equivalents).
3. The term of the contract: 60 days from the date of signing the contract, not later than 30.06.2015
4. Place or manner of obtaining information and additional documentation determining the specific requirements for the subject of the contract: ul. WESOŁA 8, 07-300 OSTRÓW MAZOWIECKA phone no.: + (48) 606 217 318. Criteria for evaluation as regards the offers 100% price.
5. The offer should also include a statement of the Contractor as regards the allocation of resources enabling the realization of the contract and the applied contract draft.
6. The method of preparing the offer: the offer with price in PLN (with VAT) should be prepared in Polish in the following manner: company name, address, the name and address of the supplier, with statement “inquiry in connection with the realization of the project titled “The purchase of specialized equipment and research results with an objective to improve the competitiveness of the company “ZADROGA” and entering new markets” co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund within the framework of the Regional Operational Programme for Masovian Voivodship”
7. Place and date of submitting offers: the offer must be submitted by 18.03.2015 before 14:00 sent via the e-mail address grzegorz@pphuzadroga.pl and / or to an address P.P.H.U. „ZADROGA” W.ZADROGA, G.ZADROGA SPÓŁKA JAWNA, ul. WESOŁA 8, 07-300 OSTRÓW MAZOWIECKA.
8. Placing partial offers is acceptable.
9. The opening and evaluation of offers will take place on 18.03.2015 at 16:00 at the registered office of the Customer P.P.H.U. „ZADROGA” W.ZADROGA, G.ZADROGA SPÓŁKA JAWNA, ul. WESOŁA 8, 07-300 OSTRÓW MAZOWIECKA .
10. An evaluation protocol will be made based on the proceedings and sent to the participants of the proceedings.
11. Results of the protocol will be posted on the website of the Customer. Proposals describing the subject of purchase, that is heavy rescue tug will include the following parameters and solutions – Customer accepts other parameters and equivalents.
1. The vehicle is to enable performing the service: towing, ironing and transportation of each type of vehicle, including trucks, buses, containers and construction equipment

14. Lift – minimum 20 ton
15. Towing eye in the front of the vehicle
16. Clutch – double disc 400 mm, 16 ”
17. Speed limiter – up to 90 km / h
18. Vehicle height – max. 4 meters

20. Jib for towing trucks and buses with extension min. 5150 mm and lifting capacity of min. 10 tons with full extension.
21. The end of the jib must enable hooking the towed vehicle using tires, front axle and the rear axle.
22. The additional arm extends horizontally and lifts up at an angle of approx. 40 degrees. Extension min. 6700 mm and lifting capacity of 15 tons min. ( must be able to lift the entire damaged vehicle and its load, e.g. on trailer).
23. Rope balancer – minimum 2 with the total pulling force of min. 50 tons.
24. Spacing of the ponded foot after maximal ejection – min. 3600 mm.
25. Hydraulically controlled installation (manually and wirelessly).
26. Warning and working lights – LED technology
27. Additional equipment: parking cabin heating, towing hook Rockinger 400 G-150, a complete set of tools, cable for pumping wheels, pressure gauge, a set of tools, a generator and extra mobile lighting
28. Warranty for min. 12 months.
29. The criterion for evaluation of offer – 100% price, provided the fulfillment of the aforementioned conditions.
